Software has been my profession since 2003. My work has also included founding and running an IT business, sales, business development and project delivery.
Running an IT business
From 2008 to 2016, I ran my own IT company, selling software and managing implementation and support. In 2016–2017, I was Business Development Director at TopEngineer. My work there covered business organisation, management accounting, sales and the launch of an introductory Tekla Structures course. Today I am an advisor to TopEngineer.
ERP work in Romania
In 2018, I worked on ERP localisation for Romania. The work included localising 1C:Drive, English translation, order costing and integration with a local accounting system. It combined software development with understanding how orders, costs and accounting records needed to move between systems.
Serbia and current work
I live in Loznica and have operated as an entrepreneur in Serbia since July 2022. Since August 2024, my main software work has involved business systems and integrations. I began using AI in 2023 and made it central to development in January 2025. Alongside this work, I develop my own projects and teach practical AI methods.
