Introducing AI into everyday work
I work with colleagues and learners on their own tasks: understanding data, building small tools, preparing requirements and checking results.
Agents for colleagues
In early 2026, I began introducing AI agents into operational work with colleagues. One example involved an agent for processing exported business data, with a colleague checking its output before importing it back.
Teaching through participants' tasks
I began teaching in August 2025. My first group brought together heads of development and project teams from software service companies, along with IT department managers. Sessions covered requirements, context, implementation and checks. Participants used their own work tasks, with group meetings, independent practice and individual consultations.
Questions a team has to settle
As people start making their own tools, the work also becomes organisational. Who reviews a change? Which data can a person and their agent access? When should a personal script become a shared tool? These are questions I've brought to discussions with colleagues and other practitioners, alongside the code itself.
